Troubleshooting
Having trouble viewing our videos with Windows Media? It is a good idea to check your windows updates to ensure you have the latest version of operating system.
Just click here to run the update. http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=65292
Also, check the version of Windows Media Player you have. The latest version is 11. For this version, you need to have Internet Explorer 6 and at least 200MB of disk space available. Additionally, some older monitors and video cards may cause a problem.
Click here to download the latest player. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/
Finally, your network connection needs to be 28.8 kilobits per second. This is a typical broadband or DSL connection. Dial up network connections will not work. If the file downloads slower than it plays, you will get freezing and dropping. Try opening the file on a machine in another location if you can.
