Mission
The purpose of our Religious Education program is threefold: 1) to assist parents in leading our young people to a deeper knowledge of and love of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit as members of the Catholic Church; 2) to show our young people the joys and rewards achieved in the life of service by teaching and example; and 3) to provide training and spiritual development for the Catechists (Religion teachers).
Special Education Religious Education
St. Joseph Parish assists the North Region in offering a Religious Education program to children with special needs so that they may come to a deeper knowledge of and love of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, receive the Sacraments, and participate more fully in the parish community. Contact Mrs. Merry Nordeen at the rectory for additional information. Mary Smalarz, PhD. is the Coordinator of this program.
