Dear Crafter,
The Fair Committee at Saint Joseph School is already busy planning our 30th Annual Christmas Fair. This year, the fair will take place on Friday, November 18th from 4pm-8pm and Saturday, November 19th from 10am to 3pm. Once again we will be holding the fair at the Saint Joseph Parish Center (Father Gillis Hall), located at 173 Albion Street in Wakefield, MA.
The proceeds of the fair go directly to Saint Joseph School, a non-profit Catholic elementary school located in Wakefield, MA. Its popularity increases the exposure of our crafters, artists and vendors. The response from previous years is that this is a fun and profitable event for all involved. Our goal continues to be to promote our fair as a unique shopping experience. Over past years we have received an overwhelming response from crafters, artists, and vendors. In an effort to maintain a variety of crafters, all applications will be reviewed and categories will be limited.
If you are interested in renting space at the 30th Annual Saint Joseph School Christmas Fair, please complete the attached application and return it with a check payable to Saint Joseph School.
Past crafters, artists and vendors have been very generous and donations continue to be greatly appreciated. Due to our non-profit status, your donation qualifies as a tax-exempt contribution. All donations, regardless of value, will be formally recognized at the event.
Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns: saintjosephfair@yahoo.com.
Thank you for your time. We hope to see you at this year’s fair.
