How To Become A Sponsor

The Saint Joseph Fair has become a community tradition with the proceeds directly benefiting over 250 students. School fundraisers allow us to develop cultural art programs, purchase new academic materials, and make repairs to our school and grounds.

Please consider helping our school with a donation. We would appreciate any help you were willing to give us. Due to our non-profit status your donation qualifies as a tax-exempt contribution. All donations, regardless of value, will be formally recognized at the event.

In order to allow us to have appropriate printed materials prepared, we request receipt of donations by Friday, October 1, 2010.

1. Bronze Sponsor: Cash/Goods/ or Services Donation of less than $125
   • Recognition on the Saint Joseph Fair Website
   • Recognition in the Saint Joseph Parish Bulletin following the fair
   • Recognition in the Saint Joseph School letter to parents following the fair
2. Silver Sponsor: Cash/Goods/ or Services Donation of $125 or more
• All of the above PLUS mention in the Saint Joseph Fair Program
3. Gold Sponsor: Cash/Goods/ or Services Donation of $250 or more
   • All of the above PLUS a link to your business from our webpage
